1) Submit your home to the Southwest Multiple Listing Service.
2) Place your home on our home tour @ www.topalbuquerquehomes.com
3) Feature your home on the 24 hour Bashore Hotline with its own extension.
4) Your homes will be featured in the Homex Magazine.
5) Your home is promoted and marketed on all feature sheets at every Bashore listing.
6) Submit copies of your listing to our company sales personnel for their waiting buyers.
7) We contact between 20 - 50 people a day trying to pinpoint a buyer for your home by prospecting everyday!
8) Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
9) Contact past clients and neighbors in the surrounding area to see if they have any interest in the property or know someone that might.
10) Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
11) Market to the top Realtors.
12) Pre-qualify when possible all prospective buyers.
13) We send and communicate bi-weekly progress reports to our clients.
14) Follow-up on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their response.
15) Constantly update you as to any changes in current market conditions.
16) Deliver to you a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, as well as a copy of all advertisements that have been published.
17) Represent you during the presentation of all contracts by agents and help you in negotiating the best possible price and terms on your home.
18) Handle follow-up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures.
19) Deliver your check at closing.
