9) Just Listed Post cards mailed out to over 600 residents advertising your home.
10) Suggest and advise you as to any changes you might want to make in your property to make it even more marketable to the buyer.
11) View your home from our Mobile Website; Mobile.TopAlbuquerqueHomes.com 12) Add additional exposure through a professional sign and lock box.
13) We market to the buyer broker community by e-mailing them our listings to keep them in mind for their buyers.
14) Pre-qualify all prospective buyers.
15) We send and communicate monthly progress reports to our clients.
16) Follow-up on all the salespeople that have shown your home for their response.
17) Constantly update you as to any changes in current market conditions.
18) Deliver to you a copy of your multiple listing for your approval, as well as a copy of all advertisements that have been published.
19) Represent you during the presentation of all contracts by agents and help you in negotiating the best possible price and terms on your home.
20) Handle follow-up and keep you informed, after the contract has been accepted, on all mortgage, title, and other closing procedures.
21) Deliver your check at closing.
